ITEM:
​Notice seeking applications to support the needs of the Functional Materials and Applications mission. Functional Materials technologies range from materials and scientific discovery through technology development and transition are of interest. Descriptors of Materials and Manufacturing Directorate technology interests are presented in the context of functional materials core technical competencies and applications.

ACTION:
White papers may be submitted any time until April 18, 2021. Approximately $42.5 million is available to support up to five awards.
