Information about the solicitation can be found here. That page has a link to the solicitation. If after reviewing the solicitation, you are interested in submitting a proposal, please complete the short Intent to Apply to the best of your ability. RSP staff will then contact you to schedule a meeting.
Note: the NIH has 22 institutes. Each has its own culture. When pursuing a grant from the NIH, it is wise to make inquiries with a Program Director at an institute that aligns with your research to learn about mechanisms (e.g., AREA a.k.a. R15, or RO1) they prefer. The RSP staff can assist you with these communications.
Help the RSP staff help you by providing at least 30 days advance notice of your commitment to submit a proposal. The greater the advance notice you give, the more support services the staff can provide.
